For the delivery of the orders placed, it is necessary to specify your name and the shipping and billing addresses:

Once your purchase is complete, our logistics team will process your order. As soon as your order is processed, you will receive a shipping confirmation email.

Delivery of purchased products generally occurs within 3-7 business days of the order date via US mail. For orders placed by bank transfer, shipping times will be calculated starting from confirmation of payment received. Shipping to the USA is free, shipping costs are borne by Luskin.

You have the right to withdraw from the contract within 30 calendar days from receipt of the products. At certain times of the year this withdrawal period may vary, for more information please contact customer service. You can exercise the right of withdrawal, receiving a refund of the amount paid, if these conditions are met:

1. The products must not have been used, modified or personalized;
2. The product boxes must not show signs of wear, abrasions and scratches;
3. The product must be accompanied by the guarantee and a copy of the order confirmation. Instead of a refund of the amount spent, you can request the replacement of the item with another one of the same amount as the value spent (therefore net of coupons and promotional codes). Remember that, in the case of a return with refund, the shipping costs incurred during the purchase phase will not be refunded, and you will also be responsible for any loss or damage. Furthermore, the products must not have been worn or used and have the appropriate seals.
